Every business needs access to meeting and conference rooms, whether it’s for one to one interviews, training sessions, product launches, board meetings or simply somewhere to hold confidential discussions with employees and colleagues.
Fully equipped meeting rooms provided by The Space in both Mortimer Street and Hallam Street can be hired by the hour, with half-day and full-day discounted rates available. Rooms come complete with flip charts, white boards and pens and we can arrange for specialised AV equipment to be in place for you.
Our team of service co-ordinators will arrange for any catering to be supplied – from coffee and tea to buffet lunches. We also offer special day and half day delegate rates which provide a cost-effective inclusive rate for the meeting rooms and refreshments.
